Mô tả công việc
· Outlet mapping and TC database updated, maintained & reported through dashboards (incl. TC app, Commercial ONE)
· Market coverage plans articulated, quantified & aligned with regional Sales teams
· Analyze mkt. coverage headroom vs. growth potential & cost-to-serve to recommend adjustments & optimization
2. Analyze, plan and optimize routing for HVB salesforce and intermediaries, provide support to regional Sales & DD teams to align and manage routing with maps & visualized analytics
· Analyze, prepare, update, upload salesforce routes; set, track & dashboard KPIs.
· Work with DDT team to optimize existing / set new delivery routes for intermediaries
· Analyze, track & recommend improvement to intermediary delivery fulfillment KPIs
3. Analyze & optimize HVN sales touchpoint coverage, recommend adjustments for productivity gains.
· Analyze coverage & efficiency by sales touchpoint to identify productivity opportunities
· Set, track & dashboard time & motion KPIs for physical outlet visits.
· Identify "outlier" outlets for indirect coverage served only via telesales & sub-D
4. Manage data/system vendors and collaborate with D&T team for deployment of trade census projects.
· Design, manage & deliver trade census updates (incl. non-beer selling universe).
· Ensure utilization & improvement of TC app.
Yêu cầu
• Experience in supporting salesforce / RTM management through data systems of min. 5 years (preferably in FMCG sector)
• Proven track-record in analytical role, working with time & motion analysis, optimizing market coverage & routing, omnichannel sales model, designing & leading RTM efficiency & productivity initiatives.
• Drives to win, able to distill and define objectives from broad directions, organize time & resources and motivate others towards achieving these objectives.
• Adapts well, overcomes obstacles & defines trade-off choices and alternative solutions if faced with barriers.
• Leads by accountability, focuses on tasks end-to-end, holds self & others accountable.
• Team-player knows how to generate support and manage cross- functionally without hierarchy, able to ask for help and recognize others' contributions.
• Connected to current news & developments, actively demonstrates knowledge of broad business, salesforce & RTM data systems and digital / software trends.
• Well-organized and dependable, manages well timelines and milestones, creates visibility on projects & deliverables, communicates risks early and proactively manages alignment between stakeholders.
• Native speaker / fluent in Vietnamese.
• At least upper intermediate in English.
• Understands and demonstrates practical knowledge of salesforce & RTM management.
• Understands and demonstrates practical knowledge of productivity analysis & improvement across salesforce & intermediaries.
• Understands basic stakeholder & project management.
• Strong analytical skills, sees & extracts insights from data early, connects data trends with in-market developments, able to formulate & quantify data-driven and future facing conclusions.
• Practical thinker, manages complexity by focusing on simple solution, compares alternatives before choice, able to sacrifice parts of perfect plan for a more efficient solution.
• Able to travel for work across Vietnam, incl. work outstation over weekly periods, and able to participate in market visits.
• Actively follows hobby(ies) outside work-related activities
