• Coordinate with relevant
Merchandisers to get buyer approval in order to ship extra (or short) and also to receive extra packing accessories on time.
• Coordinate for final arrangement
• Update customer shipment status & send mail to Planning/ Cutting/ Production/ Merchandising departments.
• Arrange the packing list for packing TMs as per Buyer requirements & make the Buyer packing list for final inspection (Styles/PO)
• Follow up the shipment date to arrange to ship on time.
• Confirm the final quantity to Commercial.
• Follow up the short shipment to replace the order quantity.
• Maintain stock quantity to inform Merchandising plan to deduct for next Buy then arrange take stock to change the PO label.
• Prepare the carton for over shipment.
• Manage team to achieve Department's KPIs
• Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
• Diploma in Garment Technology or College in Accounting/Finance.
• Knowledge in Garment Manufacturing Process, Customers' requirement, and Logistics.
• Good communication skills, MS Office skills.
• Management skills, time management skills, problem solving skills, customer service skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail figures.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in similar capacity.
Working location: Fashion Garments Mekong - 818B, Route 30, Hamlet 3, An Hoa Commune, Dong Thap Province (818B, Quốc lộ 30, Ấp 3, Xã An Hòa, Tỉnh Đồng Tháp)
Working time: Mon - Fri (7:15AM - 5:30PM)
