Role overview:
We are looking for an Ad Communication Specialist to support the PPC team in developing paid ads communication, writing ad copies, reviewing ad content before launch, and supporting content optimization based on campaign performance.
This role is designed to help strengthen the content quality within the PPC team, ensuring that ad messages are clear, relevant to the target audience, aligned with campaign objectives, and suitable for performance-driven advertising.
The ideal candidate should have a strong ad communication mindset - able to turn campaign objectives, audience insights, and product/service USPs into clear, persuasive, and action-driven ad messages.
Key Responsibilities
1. Paid Ads Communication
Develop content directions and ad angles for paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital channels.
Translate campaign objectives, target audiences, product/service USPs, and promotion offers into clear ad messages.
Define key messages, hooks, CTAs, and content approaches based on campaign objectives and funnel stages.
Support the PPC team in preparing ad content briefs or copy directions for creative development when needed.
2. Ad Copywriting & Content QC
Write ad copies for paid media formats, including headlines, descriptions, primary text, short captions, CTA lines, and ad variations.
Adapt copywriting style based on platform, audience, product category, campaign objective, and funnel stage.
Review ad content before launch to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar, tone of voice, offer details, CTA, and message consistency.
Identify content issues that may affect ad performance, such as unclear messaging, weak hooks, weak CTA, misleading claims, or unsuitable wording.
3. PPC Execution Support
Support basic PPC execution tasks when needed, including ad uploading, ad copy sheets, naming conventions, and tracking checklists.
Suggest content improvements, new ad angles, or additional copy variations to support testing and optimization.

Requirements
1-2 years of experience in content, copywriting, digital marketing, performance marketing, or a related role.
English writing ability is preferred.
Strong ad communication mindset and ability to write clear, concise, and action-driven ad messages.
Basic understanding of paid advertising platforms, especially Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Able to understand briefs, campaign objectives, target audiences, brand directions, and product/service USPs.
Know how to evaluate winning content based on key performance signals such as CTR, CPC, engagement rate, conversion rate, CPL, and creative fatigue.
Experience in an agency environment is a plus.
