Mô tả công việc
• Provide a comprehensive range of legal services on schedule and in accordance with regulations and laws;
• Support Vietnamese Lawyers, foreign Lawyers and other senior personnel of RBA Group in researching legal regulations of Vietnam, drafting advice, reviewing legal documents, etc.;
• Preparing presentations for seminars to market the Company's services in Vietnam and abroad;
• Drafting and updating legal articles and brochures for the Company;
• Performing administrative tasks including filing paperwork, keeping tracks of deadlines; inputting information into file database and case management software; confirming case status with other legal advisors, lawyers, senior accountants and other team members in the office;
• Staying up to date on legal procedures and regulations as they relate to the field of practice;
• Other duties as required.

Yêu cầu
• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Law;
• Good English skills both written and spoken;
• Minimum of 1-2 years of working experience in legal field;
• Having experience with law firms is preferable;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy;
The successful candidate will mainly work at our office in Hanoi, Vietnam.
