Mô tả công việc
- Conducting research and analysis of information/legal documents to obtain legal grounds for clients' cases;
- Translating legal documents from English into Vietnamese and vice versa;
- Preparing and/or reviewing legal opinions, contracts and other legal documents for clients in a timely and consistent manner;
- Preparing legal update for clients and legal team;
- Liaising with relevant authorities to deal with their requirements as well as to follow up the ongoing cases; and
- Performing other assignments as delegated by lawyer(s)/partners(s) from time to time.
- Translating legal documents from English into Vietnamese and vice versa;

Yêu cầu công việc
- Hold a bachelor's degree in law;
- At least two (2) years of working experience in a law firm;
- Profound knowledge of Enterprise Law, Investment Law and Commercial Law;
- Proficiency in spoken and written English (general and legal English) and good computing skills;
- Proficiency in drafting and presenting documents;
- Ability to synthesize and analyze issues;
- Strong skills in reasoning, legal analysis, and communication;
- Ability to work under high pressure and to meet tight deadlines;
- Professional manner; and
- Strong sense of responsibility, dynamic and creativity.
