digital marketing company (SEO / AI) in District 1, HCMC. We are looking for an experienced accountant to work PART-TIME, 1-2 days per week. Freelancers and people who want a side job are welcome.
Responsibilities
• Bookkeeping in MISA (vouchers, invoices, receivables and payables)
• Issue and check input / output e-invoices
• Tax filing: VAT and PIT (quarterly), FCT - foreign contractor tax (monthly)
• Payroll and social insurance procedures for a small team
• Monthly accounting report to the Japanese Director
• Contact the bank, tax office and external accounting service when needed
We are introducing AI tools to prepare accounting data, so your main role is to check, finalize and submit.
Working style
• Part-time: 1-2 days per week (current accounting workload is about 1-2 days per week)
• Mainly work from home; meeting at the office (District 1) 1-4 times per month
