Plan and facilitate the growth of the partner creator portfolio of Melive.
Create and nurture the pool of potential partner creators (KOL/KOC/Tiktoker) through diverse and creative activities, online and offline.
Uncover hidden gems: identify high-potential partner creators, analyzing their audience, engagement, and content to fuel Melive's growth and meet the needs of the brand partners.
Navigate the onboarding journey: Smoothly guide new partner creators through onboarding and training processes, building strong foundations for a long term relationship.
Take the first steps together: Facilitate the first livestreaming sessions of the newly onboarded creators, stand alongside with the creator through an end-to-end processes of campaign planning, preparation, livestream performance, performance review and improvement, revenue sharing reconciliation and payment.
Hand over with confidence: Transfer onboarded partners to the Partner Success team, setting them on the path to long-term collaboration.
Stay tuned and be able to adapt to the fast changing environment of livestream commerce (Tiktokshop, ShopeeLive...)

Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
4+ year working experience; with
2+ years of experience in partnership and/or account management, talent acquisition, ideally within the social commerce or influencer marketing space, media/creative agency, media production.
Good at identifying potential creators and building rapport, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation abilities to secure mutually beneficial partnerships with diverse creators.
Organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure smooth onboarding processes.
Be capable in data analysis and utilizing insights to inform your acquisition strategies and performance.
A passionate understanding of social commerce trends and the power of creators to drive engagement.
4+ year working experience; with
