Job Requirements
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Commerce, or related fields.
2. Knowledge:
Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals, branding, and customer journey.
Awareness of the retail, payment, health & wellness, and family service sectors is an advantage.
3. Professional Certifications: Not mandatory, but certifications in marketing, brand management, or project management, dana analyst are a plus
4. Experience:
2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing, partnerships, client service, or
business development.
Background in retail, FMCG, or large-scale organizations is preferred.
Strongly preferred: candidates with an account management background (from agency or client-side) with demonstrated ability to handle multiple partners and stakeholders simultaneously.
5. Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
Comfortable with PowerPoint or Canva for creating proposals and presentations.
Able to organize, multitask, and manage timelines effectively.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed.
Ability to generate basic performance reports.
6. Others:
Proactive, responsible, and results-driven.
Customer-centric mindset with a service-oriented approach.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment (especially during campaign periods).
Immediate availability is a plus.
