Position Title: Lending Partnership Manager - SME Segment

Reports To: Deputy Head of Smart SME Sales
Position Summary The Lending Partnership Manager - SME Segment is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding strategic partnerships that generate SME lending opportunities and support portfolio growth. The role focuses on building a strong ecosystem of referral and distribution partners, including payment companies, business associations, banks, fintechs, accounting firms, and other SME-focused organizations.
The position plays a critical role in driving customer acquisition, loan disbursement growth, and partnership revenue while ensuring a high-quality lending portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partnership Strategy & Development
Develop and execute partnership strategies to support SME lending growth objectives.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners capable of generating quality SME lending leads.
Build partnerships with:
Payment service providers
Merchant acquirers
E-commerce platforms
Business associations and chambers of commerce
Fintech companies
Banks and financial institutions
Accounting and tax service providers
Negotiate commercial terms, service agreements, and partnership frameworks.
2. Lead Generation & Portfolio Growth
Drive customer acquisition through partner channels.
Develop programs that increase loan applications, approvals, and disbursements.
Monitor partner performance and optimize lead conversion rates.
Work with internal teams to maximize lending portfolio growth and profitability.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual partnership and lending targets schemes to encourage partner participation and performance.
Requirement
Minimum 5 years of experience in partnerships,
business development, SME banking, fintech, lending, or financial services.
Experience in managing strategic partnerships and ecosystem development.
Proven track record in achieving business growth and partnership targets.
Experience in SME lending, merchant financing, embedded finance, or digital lending is highly preferred.
