MayCha was founded in 2018 with the mission to bring the essence of Vietnamese tea closer to everyone: quality and innovative products, friendly and convenient service, and affordable prices.
With a deep passion for tea, the founders of MayCha traveled across regions in Vietnam and around the world to source the finest ingredients and develop the most delicious recipes for Vietnamese customers.
By 2024, MayCha has expanded to over 80 stores in the Southern and Central regions, selling 1.5 million cups daily, and has become a leading brand across all online platforms.
MayCha continuously innovates quality products and expands its network nationwide, with the goal of becoming the number one tea brand in the chain market in Vietnam.
Job Description:
Manage current and potential delivery customer database including Grabfood, SPF, Be and Go Jek, analyze customer's needs and behaviors to improve conversion on each platform
Developing channel strategies, planning, execution and investment of sales campaigns to ensure sales achievement monthly
Coordinating the internal departments to implement the monthly promotion tasks and sales campaign
Market research & review and evaluate trade campaign, competitor's actions, and industry data reports (both internal & external) to propose actions plan to capture business opportunity
Monitor/ Coach/ Train for team members to align the Trade team towards the business objectives

Yêu cầu
At least 5 years in Trade Marketing, especially for online delivery with proven record
At least 3 years of experience in a management role.
Be hungry for growth
Ability to work under challenging and high-pressured jobs
A spirit of "fail fast and keep moving"
Strong network with delivery platform is a plus
Good communication, listening and growth mindset
Good at analyzing skill
Ownership as a leader and skillfull as a team member
Strong team collaboration skills
