We are looking for a
Partnership & Operations Associate
to support business expansion, strategic partnerships, government relations, and operational execution across Vietnam. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of

Key Responsibilities
Government & Institutional Relations
Build and maintain relationships with government departments and relevant authorities.
Prepare official correspondence, proposals, and bilingual documentation while coordinating approvals and regulatory processes.
Track permits, monitor regulatory changes, and ensure compliance throughout project implementation.
Prepare meeting materials, document action items, and follow up on execution.
Business Development & Partnership Management
Identify, develop, and manage partnerships with corporate clients, including F&B chains, convenience stores, shopping malls, office buildings, hotels, hospitals, universities, and residential
developers.
Lead negotiations for commercial agreements and long-term strategic partnerships.
Manage partner relationships, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for business expansion.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM database.
Operations & Network Deployment
Conduct site surveys and evaluate locations for new deployments.
Coordinate project launches, vendor management, installation activities, and operational readiness.
Work closely with field operations to optimize deployment, maintenance, and operational efficiency.
Support the development and expansion of the partner network.
Business Analysis & Reporting
Analyze deployment performance, utilization, and commercial outcomes.
Monitor key operational and business performance metrics and recommend improvement initiatives.
Maintain project documentation, reporting systems, and operational records.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Public Administration, or a related field.
2-5 years
of experience in Business Development, Project Management, Management Consulting, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Public Sector Advisory, B2B Partnerships, or similar operational roles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English, with experience preparing professional business documents.
Strong analytical, organizational, and project coordination capabilities.
Willingness to travel frequently for site visits and partner meetings. A valid motorbike license is required.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from planning through execution.

Candidates with experience in mobility, smart city initiatives, infrastructure, O2O businesses, or commercial partnerships are highly preferred. Existing relationships with retail chains, F&B brands, commercial property owners, or experience working with government authorities will be considered a strong advantage. Strong Excel modeling and presentation skills are also highly desirable.
