passenger services assistant Team Leader

• Responsible for supervising the providing services which are related to passenger services, and baggage service operations of departure VJ flights.
• Assist the Passenger services Team leader in overseeing the task assignment for staff within the team based on the flight schedule to assure suitable positions for staff according to VJGS regulations.
• Maintains & develops service quality through feedback contribution & implements quality improvements in line with the orientation of VJGS and managing level officers.
• Responsible for building up a professional working environment, enhancing teamwork & personal responsibilities.
• Assist the Passenger services Team leader to control the service procedures base on the work standard to assure safety, security, and the quality of the team's activities.
• Participate in guiding, and training the new staff and the lower level staff in order to limit the possible mistakes during the service process.
• Comply with the policies of VJGS as well as the Company.
• Strictly comply & follow up the policies, and procedures of safety & security as well as the passenger.
• Comply with procedures, regulations of the company, designation of managing level officers, and execute all tasks above.
• Advise the Passenger service Team leader and Passenger service Manager in planning, and evaluating the team's activities to maintain safety and develop service quality.
• Maintaining & preserving the department's equipment, and devices.
• Assist the Passenger service team leader in Supervising the compliance of staff with procedures, and policies within the managing team in order to ensure security, and safety in operations.
• Maintaining occupational health & safety in the working area.
• On behalf of the Passenger service Manager coordinate with Local airport Authorities or Government Management representatives.
• Weekly, and monthly reports of the team's activities for managers in order to timely correct possible mistakes.
• Coordinate with the related divisions to assure the quality of the assigned tasks
• Execute other tasks as assigned by upper-level manager.
