- To prepare in advance food, beverage, materials and equipment needed for the service.
- To prepare, cook, serve and store the dishes.
- To set up food presentations.
- To check periodically expiry dates and proper storage of food items in the section.
- To assist in quality control of items and receiving goods.
- To keep work area at all times in hygienic conditions according to the rules set by the Hotel.
- To communicate politely and display courtesy to guests and internal customers.
- To communicates to Superior(s) any difficulties, guest or internal customer complaints/requests/comments and other relevant information.
- To comply with Hotel's health, safety and hygiene policy.
- To maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming.
- To perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.
Yêu cầu
- Professional certificate in Pastry and Bakery
- Basic English communication
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in a similar position
- Experience in Hospitality Industry
- Good health conditions
- Willing to work shifts
