KASS Vietnam is the Vietnam office of KASS International, an intellectual property network with offices across eight Southeast Asian countries.
As part of our continued growth in Vietnam, we are looking for an experienced Patent & Trademark Manager to join and lead our Vietnam team. This is a senior IP role for a professional who combines strong technical expertise with client management, team leadership, and business development.
Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- IP & Client Advisory
- Manage and oversee IP matters handled by the Vietnam team, including patents, trademarks, designs, copyrights, and related IP services.
- Review and ensure the quality and timely delivery of IP work to clients.
- Provide practical and commercially focused advice on IP protection, portfolio management, enforcement, licensing, and related matters.
- Handle complex matters and serve as a senior point of contact for key clients.
- Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Vietnam IP team.
- Provide guidance on complex matters and support team members in delivering high-quality work.
- Promote effective teamwork, knowledge sharing, and professional development.
- Monitor workload and priorities to ensure efficient and timely service delivery.
- Business Development & Client Relationships
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and develop new business.
- Participate in client meetings, networking activities, industry events, and professional forums.
- Contribute to the development of KASS Vietnam's client base, market presence and IP services.
- Office & Practice Management
- Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the Vietnam IP practice.
- Work with the management team on business planning, performance, and operational matters.
- Help develop and improve internal processes, workflows, and service standards.
