We are hiring an experienced Payable Accountant to handle our accounting and administrative functions in Vietnam. As Payable Accountant, you will take ownership of payments to suppliers, preparing creditor ageing and reconciliation in due course, handling paying for Capex/Fixed assets (including import tax, VAT, etc.,). And will maintain and control fixed asset documents in accordance with legal requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
• Bank & cash payment
• Follow up and record receivable
• Check payment documents and pay to suppliers on time
• Input transaction to ledger, follow advances
• Reconcile bank statement
• Support for FS monthly, quarterly report
• Revaluation cash, payable, receivable
• Monitor daily, monthly loan and timely report
• Issue certificate of bank balance & bond, L/C, loan
• Work with bank for the update the user for e-banking, license, legal representatives
• Coordinate with other departments, teams to solve payment problems in the most effective way.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor ́s degree Accounting, Finance, Banking or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, from manufacturing companies.
• Command of English language (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of ERP (Agility, Oracle)
• ACCA, CPA, CFA professional qualifications will be a plus.
• Multitasking, work in a fast-paced environment.
• Any other reasonable tasks associated with the role.
