Mô tả công việc
• Responsible to manage the team.
• Monitor on daily operation procedures (SOP), identify areas of improvement, and make necessary recommendations or changes.
• Ensure appropriate training and educational activities are maintained for all on-boarding and refresher training.
• Responsible for all internal and fraud prevention system, including rule building and rolling out new system.
• Observe payment operation to ensure is running smooth
• Ensure appropriate cooperate closely with related department
• Consistently drive automation for reduce manual workload where possible.
• Carry out interview and recruitment to make sure there's sufficient manpower.
• Escalate technical issue to related department accordingly
• Resolve the 3rd party gateway issue
• Keep up to date with trends and new initiatives within the online payments.
• Create & analyse requires report or chart and update to the management.
• React promptly, analyses and think of the solution for any special issue
• Provide training to newcomer, follow up and review learning progress of newcomer, ensure achieved LPTC (learn, practice, test, check)
• Track and manage staff KPI

Yêu cầu
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
• Required languages: English and local language
• Strong & passionately in data analysis (math's & numbers)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Microsoft excel (formula, chart, report)
• High standard of accuracy, good organizational & interpersonal skills
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 10am - 7pm (GMT+7)
• Must willing to be based in Cambodia
