About the Role
We are seeking an experienced PCBA Senior Manager to lead and optimize our large-scale PCBA manufacturing operation, overseeing AI, SMT, and MI production with 500+ employees across 44 production lines.
This role is ideal for a strategic manufacturing leader with deep electronics production expertise, strong people management capability, and proven success in driving operational excellence in high-volume EMS environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Manufacturing Leadership
• Take full ownership of PCBA manufacturing operations covering AI, SMT, and MI processes
• Ensure production output meets quality, delivery, and cost objectives
2. Team & Resource Management
• Lead and develop a workforce of 500+ employees
• Manage production supervisors, engineers, technicians, and cross-functional teams
• Build high-performance culture and succession pipeline
3. Production Planning & Execution
• Drive daily production scheduling and execution to achieve customer demand
• Optimize line balancing, capacity utilization, and labor productivity
4. New Product Introduction (NPI)
• Coordinate seamless NPI transfer from Engineering to Production
• Identify risks proactively and ensure smooth mass-production ramp-up
5. Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean / Kaizen / 6S methodologies
• Improve OEE, FPY, downtime reduction, and process stability
6. Technical & Equipment Optimization
• Oversee machine performance improvement initiatives across:
- Panasonic AI
- Panasonic Mounter
- SPI (Koh Young / Mirtec / Pamtron)
- AOI (Saki / Mirtec)
- Reflow (Heller / TSM)
- Yamaha Dispenser
7. Budget & Cost Control
• Manage departmental budget and
purchasing control
• Optimize manufacturing cost efficiency
8. Problem Solving & Quality Management
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
• Ensure compliance with electronics manufacturing and ISO standards
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in:
• Electronics Engineering

Experience
• Minimum 5+ years in electronics manufacturing
• Strong hands-on management experience in SMT / PCBA production
• Proven experience leading large-scale teams in EMS manufacturing
