Mức độ phù hợp và xếp hạng của bạn so với ứng viên khác như thế nào?
1. Production line management: equipment, tooling, jig and fixture, indirect material usage, standard time management, develop manufacturing instruction
2. Process improvement: better efficiency, cost and labor time reduction
3. Work seamless with quality engineer
4. Monitor daily process flow, take immediate action to resolve any out of quality control issue
5. Supervise PE technician to support PE task
6. Ensure all work method, machine and tooling are safe
7. Compile safety procedure and requirements released by safety committee
8. Improve line layout
Yêu cầu
1. Junior college (mechanism or electronic or industrial engineering) or above
2. At least 5 years solid working experience in EMS PCBA business (must have in-depth and hands on knowledge on PCBA, wave soldering, coating).
3. Good English communication, Chinese speaking will be plus.
