Mô tả công việc
pp- Engineering management of production stages (Inner layer (Soft etching (Dry film- LDI exposure- Development - Etching - Striping - AOI - oxide) - Lamination - router Trimming - CNC Drill - Coper plating - Outer layer - Gold Plating - Printing (PSR, Silk) E-test (BBT) - Visual Check OQC)
- Section to analyze product defects (Electrical and Visual), find the cause of the error at any stage, and then offer improvement solutions.
- Manage the product when running tests to find the most optimal control and Manage product reliability testing before shipment
- Be in charge of Engineering process of New product development
- Improvement yield in product
- Make SOP for production process
- Manage all engineering activities
- Other duties as asigned.

Requirement
- Graduate from University, minimum 5 years experience in PCB manufacturing
- Have knowledge and experience in all process of manufacturing PCB (Chemical and mechanical PCB process)
- Fluent communication in English
- Can perform all levels of tasks such as troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
- Communication and negotiation skills are necessary in order to efficiently utilize resources.
- It must have great adaptability to bounce back in the event of a problem and follow technological advances.
- Methodical and organized, he must have a solid sense of analysis
