Type: Individual Contributor THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking for People Advisory, Payroll & Tax, Consultant who is responsible for managing day-to-day HR inquiries and employee activities in terms of payroll execution, discrepancies, governance, and taxes which are logged through case management via employee portal as well as handling grievances and employee relations matters as and when contacted by employees directly.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Payroll, tax, SI/ MI/ UI insurance and vendor management
Liaise and monitor the delivery of services by external vendors for payroll, employment screening, tax advisory of local and expatriate employees
Check and peer review the payroll, tax report, compensation payment produced by the external vendors
Handle general grievances and complaint cases as standard or advised by manager
Support Total Compensation Review (TCR) cycle including compensation data preparation, system trigger and TCR letter preparation
Off-boarding Management
Oversee the full off-boarding process, ensuring accurate and compliant final payroll, tax, and SHUI settlements to deliver a smooth and professional exit experience for employees.
Mobility handling
Manage end-to-end mobility cases, including immigration, payroll, tax, and SHUI matters.
Serve as an internal advisor to ensure compliant, cost-effective, and seamless mobility arrangements.
HRM system/ platform
Play role as article contributor on HRM system: Create, Update, Retire Articles
Be able to participate or perform the system/ platform enhancement or new functionality
Risk Management & Governance
Lead payroll, tax, and SHUI risk governance by conducting vendor risk assessments, internal controls, and managing audit activities.
Act as the main liaison for internal/external audits to ensure compliance and minimize risk exposure.
Operational Management & Continuous Improvement
Drive continuous improvement in payroll and tax operations by identifying gaps and proposing practical solutions.
Enhance process efficiency and employee experience through ongoing optimization.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree
7-9 years of experience in HR service delivery model and experience in payroll, PIT of big size company preferable
Knowledgeable of Vietnamese Labor Law
Analytical skill to assist in troubleshooting exceptions
Advisory skills to engage the stakeholder to HR services
Passion in leveraging technology to improve productivity and effectiveness
Writing skill to provide response to employees via case management on employee portal
Critical Thinking in solving the employees' matter
