We have a professional team of 13 Partners and more than 350 professional staffs in offices located in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. We are looking for candidates to fill in position of People & Culture Intern - Human Resources Intern in our Hanoi Office.
Job Description:
Admin tasks:
- Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones, arranging meeting rooms/events, sending/receiving mails
- Assist in ordering office supplies and keep inventory of stock;
- Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing them appropriately.
Recruitment tasks:
- Follow up and update new applications in proper categorized positions;
- Assist HR officers in arranging tests and interviews between candidates and interviewers;
- Perform other HR tasks as assigned by HR Senior Managers.
Required Qualifications:
- University graduation in Human Resource, Business Administration, Economics, English or related major;
- Good command of English (reading, writing, listening and speaking);
- Familiar with using MS office, especially MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point;
- Self-motivated and proactive person;
- Willingness to learn and take on new things;
