BSS has 14 years of experience providing technology solutions to e-commerce and retail businesses around the world. BSS is now working with Klaviyo to bring our combined solutions and services to the Vietnam market, helping Vietnamese businesses grow through email, SMS, and marketing automation. We need a performance marketer to turn paid channels into a steady source of qualified leads and build awareness of our offer in Vietnam.
You will own BSS's paid channels end to end: planning targets and the digital customer journey, running and optimizing campaigns day to day, and tracking results through to the CRM. You will also contribute to the wider
digital marketing strategy, with leads and brand awareness as the two goals. Your managers approve targets and plans, and you report results to them.
Responsibilities
The role covers three areas: planning, campaign execution, and tracking and reporting.
- Plan ad targets (for example leads, cost per lead, reach) and the channels to run on, and get approval from your managers.
- Map the digital customer journey, from the first ad touch to the landing page, lead capture, and handoff to nurturing.
- Contribute ideas to the wider digital marketing strategy for lead generation and brand building.
- Prepare ad assets: copy, visuals, and short videos.
- Set up, run, and optimize campaigns day to day: budgets, audiences, bids, creatives, and A/B tests.
- Track performance and analyze results to find what works and what to stop.
- Set up tracking and attribution (for example GA4, UTM, conversion tracking) so we know which channels and campaigns generate leads.
- Integrate ad leads into the CRM so they flow into nurturing.
- Report to your managers on funnel metrics (spend, leads, qualified leads, cost per lead) monthly or more often.
Requirements
We need a hands-on performance marketer who has run ads for IT SaaS or IT services and can create their own ad assets.
Must-have
- At least 1.5 years of proven experience running B2B ads for IT SaaS or IT services.
- Experience creating assets for digital ads (copy, visuals, or video).
- Excellent Vietnamese writing, since our ads and content are mainly for Vietnamese business owners and marketers.
- Good working English, since vendor platforms, training, and documentation are in English.
- Data-driven, organized, and comfortable working across teams.
- Initiative: you will build new processes and programs, supported by BSS's experience and connections.
Nice to have
- Experience in email marketing or CRM, such as running campaigns and automation flows, managing a platform (HubSpot, Klaviyo), or marketing an email/CRM solution.
- Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools.
