About Technology at Decathlon
Decathlon initiated a deep tech transformation to become an international digital giant. We transform our system landscape to support business growth on both physical and digital channels and we raise the bar of our technical expertise.
To support this growth, Decathlon Vietnam is looking for a traffic manager who accompanies the retail teams.
Your Mission :

To monitor internet users' browsing habits and incite these users to visit the website, download the application and go to the physical stores.
You define the traffic roadmap by working on the paid and non paid traffic.
*Paid Traffic
As a Traffic Manager, you expect to optimize the campaign as it progresses and deliver the best possible results. At the end of each campaign, you do the campaign assessment and report to related team.

Your responsibilities :

Write the traffic roadmap aligned with The business strategy
Develop, manage and optimize comprehensive paid ads campaigns
Audit and optimize new & existing ad campaigns to ensure KPIs are met such as budget spend, timelines, CPA, ROI, and ROAS
Identify new opportunities to increase client conversions regularly
Set up reporting to follow the performance
Plan, develop and implement SEO strategy
perform thorough keywords research with a routine
Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization
Identify technical opportunities to improve SEO rankings
Identify opportunities to innovate and improve, providing additional benefits to the customer

You love sports

You have Excellent analytical skills with ability to mine data to inform decisions
You have Experienced skills and knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and how social media ads operates
Knowledge of e-marketing tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Ads network,...
You are excellent in organization and time management skills You have more than 2 years experience and knowledge of online funnel marketing strategies
You have knowledge of testing practices
You are able to execute and manage details
Your communication are good in both English and Vietnamese
