Fullstack Marketing - Focus on Paid Ads & Performance
Core Responsibilities:
Execute and optimize paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok)
Manage budget (CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion)
Design and optimize sales funnel
Build dashboards and track KPIs
Own creation for conversion materials (video, image, landing page, etc)
Use AI tools for content generation, testing, analysis and reporting
Yêu cầu
3-5 years experience in performance marketing
Managed budget ≥ 200M VND/month
Strong analytical and optimization mindset
Experience with funnel and CRM is a plus
Use AI tools daily
