English-Vietnamese translation during BOC and resident meetings
Preparing meeting minutes, resolutions, and correspondence in English and Vietnamese
Administrative coordination with the Management Office
Tracking BOC requests and follow-up actions
Supporting Kha Tam administrative work when required
Yêu cầu
University graduate.
At least 2 years of experience in property management or working with BOC / Management Office is preferred but not mandatory.
Customer service attitude
Good skills of Finance/Accounting/ Admin
Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office products
Sufficient English skills (written and spoken)
Good communication skills
