We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Managing Director in day-to-day operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, communications, and administrative tasks to ensure the MD's time is maximized and operations run smoothly.
This role requires discretion, professionalism, and the ability to anticipate needs in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the Managing Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Act as the point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
• Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other documents as required.
• Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items on behalf of the MD.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and business travel, including itineraries and accommodations.
• Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and requests.
• Provide personal support where required, including ad hoc errands and tasks.
Working location is mainly HCM, moving when required.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
•Proven experience as a personal or executive assistant, preferably supporting senior leadership.
•Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
•Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
•High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern communication tools.
•Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Foreign language proficiency: excellent English
Preferred Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
•Experience in a corporate or executive
