Strategic Market Expansion & Representation:
Direct and oversee all operational activities of the Representative Office in the Philippines, executing localized market entry and expansion blueprints.
Formulate research frameworks regarding competitor environments, legal landscapes, tax regulations, and technical compliance in both the Philippines and Thailand.
Represent corporate interests when interfacing with local governmental bodies, industry associations, key developers, and general contractors.
Commercial Development &
Technical Sales Leadership:
Drive 100% independent prospecting and new client acquisition targeting real estate developers and general contractors within the construction and steel structure sectors.
Review technical engineering drawings, execute precise project volume takeoffs, and collaborate with headquarter technical/estimating teams to formulate competitive commercial bids.
Supervise and mentor direct reporting subordinates, including Sales Managers and Sales Engineers, ensuring pipeline efficiency and revenue milestone attainment.
Reporting & Regional Coordination:
Deliver structured weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports tracking market pipelines, sales conversions, and risk assessments to the Global CEO and Board of Directors.
Coordinate seamlessly with supply chain, production plants, and engineering departments at corporate headquarters to ensure precise project delivery schedules.
Requirement
Professional Background & Education:
Male, under 45 years of age (Vietnamese citizen).
Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, Engineering, or related technical disciplines.
5 to 10 years of executive-level experience in international
business development or sales leadership (Country Manager, General Manager, Sales Director) focusing on steel structures and PEB products within the Philippines market.
Technical Proficiency & Commercial Acumen:
Mandatory skills: Exceptional ability to read and interpret technical drawings, proficient use of AutoCAD, and expertise in executing project volume takeoffs.
Established network of professional relationships with key developers, industrial investors, and major general contractors in the region.
Demonstrated capability to achieve high sales performance benchmarks (minimum $2M USD/year).
Language & Work Mobility:
Fluent in English across all 4 skills (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing) for high-level commercial negotiations.
Willingness to relocate permanently to the Philippines, undertake regional travel, and adapt flexible working schedules based on project timelines.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base Salary Package: $3,000 - $3,500 USD/month + Lucrative annual performance sales commissions.
Accommodation & Living Allowances: Monthly overseas housing and subsistence allowance of VND 20,000,000.
Guaranteed 13th-month salary bonus.
