Mô tả công việc
1. Lead IQC, IPQC, and OQC operations to ensure quality from receipt to shipment.
2. Drive CAPA, root-cause analysis, and problem solving for quality issues.
3. Manage nonconformances, deviations, and change controls; ensure proper disposition and traceability.
4. Lead internal audits and supplier qualification/audits; track corrective actions.
5. Monitor KPIs (defects, CAPA closure, audit results) and report to management.
6. Manage IQC, IPQC, and OQC for a workforce of hundreds of employees across multi-shift operations.
7. Ensure the quality compliance is implemented in whole factory.
8. Develop and maintain control plans, SOPs, work instructions, and inspection procedures.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- At least 5 years in QA/QC in manufacturing, with more than 2 years in a supervisory role
- Good English communication and writing skills (Understanding of Japanese is an advantage)
- 35-45 years old
Skills required for the job:
1. Strong knowledge of QMS/ ISO 9001; experience with regulatory audits.
2. Proficient in SPC, corrective actions and preventive actions (CAPA), quality report, FMEA; data analysis.
3. Excellent communication, leadership, collaboration, and conflict-resolution skills.
4. Project-management mindset; track record of driving process improvements.
5. Analytical mindset and data-driven decision making from big data.
6. Proficiency in VBA or Python is an advantage.
7. Excellent at designing and maintaining a scalable QA organization, including roles, staffing plans, and training.
8. Having knowledge of fiber optics is an advantage.
