Mô tả công việc

Support the Retreat Manager in overseeing the daily operations of Blue Diamond Retreat, ensuring effective coordination across all departments and maintaining operational excellence in accordance with company standards.
Supervise the operations of the Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Security, and Maintenance departments to ensure high service quality, well-maintained facilities, and a safe operating environment.
Develop operational plans and optimize operating costs, including part-time staffing, food cost control, and inventory management; collaborate in designing menus for individual guests, group bookings, and special events.
Ensure an exceptional guest experience by monitoring service quality, handling guest feedback and complaints, and continuously improving the overall guest journey throughout the Retreat.
Manage and coordinate guest experiences, including trekking tours, outdoor activities, team-building programs, and other guest activities, while ensuring service quality and compliance with safety standards.
Plan, coordinate, and supervise the implementation of team-building programs, corporate events, and group activities from preparation through on-site execution.
Lead, train, and develop both full-time and part-time operational staff, ensuring compliance with service standards, operational procedures, and safety regulations.
Coordinate preventive maintenance, risk management, and emergency response procedures to ensure the Retreat operates safely, efficiently, and in excellent condition.
Monitor operational performance, prepare regular reports, and recommend initiatives to improve operational efficiency, service quality, and the overall guest experience.

Yêu cầu

Operational Excellence: Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills to effectively manage resort operations and event logistics.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Language Proficiency: Professional proficiency in both Vietnamese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international guests, business partners, and the local community.
