Our Client is a a company with 100% investment from one of the largest portal sites in Japan, providing more than 20 services with the desire for becoming a development base in Vietnam with excellent technology.
They establish in 2015 with 140 employees, Their goal is to work as a service developer and provider rather than outsourcing services. Even though it is quite difficult to build up this business model in Vietnam due to the fact that their main market and users are in Japan, they have been growing for the past years, and base on the experience they've had on this amazing country, they created a coming 3-year plan and will continue to develop further in the future.

We are looking for PHP Developer to join our highly motivated hard working & playing team.
Work directly with Yahoo! JAPAN team (service planner, technical leaders, designer, engineers...) to figure out user's needs, problems; expectations to contribute ideas & solution as well as to realize/ resolve them.
Develop/maintain our web pages and systems for our service
Communicate with colleagues across Vietnam and Japan to understand requirements, problems and expectation; to contribute ideas; to quickly share risks/issues as well as to resolve them...
Deliver outputs with expected quality, speed, compliance in order to bring the best values to product/service's end users
Mentor or coach other members to achieve a certain level of competency or performance to meet project's objectives

2. Yêu cầu kinh nghiệm:
1. Skills & Experience
Strong knowledge and experience with PHP, React.js, JavaScript/Typescript, HTML5, CSS.
Good at using Linux, MySQL and Git.
Good problem solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
Willing and could catch-up new technology quickly.
Can proactively learn and gain necessary skills for existing or future project.
Better to have
Experience and good at Node JS is plus.
Reading and writing in Japanese is big plus.
