We are looking for a
Full Stack
Software Engineerwith strong cross-platform engineering capabilities to join our team and build next-generation AI-powered products.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in
at least one core technology stack
, while also having hands-on experience across multiple layers of the product stack, including
Backend, Web, Android, and/or iOS
.
Beyond traditional full-stack development, we are particularly interested in engineers who have experience with
AI Agents, LLM applications, or AI-assisted product development
, and who can independently take a product from technical design through implementation and production.
This is a highly cross-functional engineering role, where you will work across different technology stacks and business scenarios depending on product needs. The strongest candidates will demonstrate:
Deep expertise in one stack + hands-on experience across other stacks + strong AI/Agent capability + the ability to learn and ship independently.
For example:
Strong Java Backend + Web + AI Agent experience → Strong fit
Strong Web + Android/iOS + AI Agent experience → Strong fit
Strong Android/iOS + Backend/Web + AI Agent experience → Strong fit
Strong in only one stack with no meaningful cross-platform exposure → Lower priority
Broad technology exposure but limited production ownership → Lower priority
Responsibilities
Design and develop end-to-end products across Backend, Web, Android and/or iOS.
Build scalable backend services and APIs using technologies such as Java / Spring Boot, with experience in distributed systems, microservices and high-concurrency applications.
Develop modern web applications using technologies such as React, TypeScript, [protected info] or [protected info]
Contribute to mobile application development on Android (Kotlin) and/or iOS (Swift).
Design and integrate AI-powered features, AI Agents and LLM-based workflows into production applications.
Work with LLM APIs, agent orchestration, RAG, tool calling, workflow automation and external API integrations where applicable.
Own features end-to-end, from requirement understanding and system design to development, testing, deployment and production optimisation.
Collaborate closely with product, engineering and business teams to translate business problems into scalable technical solutions.
Rapidly learn and work across unfamiliar technology stacks when required.
Contribute to engineering standards, code reviews, system reliability and overall technical quality.
Requirements
Core Engineering
4+ years of software engineering experience, with strong hands-on development experience.
Strong proficiency in at least one of the following areas:
Backend - Java / Spring Boot / distributed systems
Web - React / TypeScript / [protected info] / [protected info]
Android - Kotlin
iOS - Swift
Practical experience working across multiple technology layers is highly preferred.
Experience designing and developing production-grade applications, APIs or distributed systems.
Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including system design, API design, databases, testing and debugging.
Ability to understand and contribute beyond one's primary technology stack.
Cross-Platform Experience
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience spanning
