Mô tả công việc
- Responsible for design equipment layout, piping arrangement, isometric drawing for all utility system (steam, water, air...) and process system (chemical, or oil & gas are advantage).
- Prepare Material Take-Off (MTO), Bill of Materials (BoM), and piping specifications. Understanding about Piping material selection (Piping, Valve, Special Part).
- Understanding of Specification sheet, P&ID, Layout, related process documents, and structure drawing, and piping design piping.
- Coordinate with process, mechanical, civil/structural, and instrumentation disciplines.
- Participate in site surveys, constructability reviews, and resolve piping-related technical issues during construction.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Piping Engineering, or equivalent.
- Typically 3-5 years of experience in piping engineering (design and/or construction).
- Familiar with international piping codes and standards (ASME B31.3, ASME B31.1, API, ISO, ASTM).
- Experience in piping stress analysis (e.g., CAESAR II, AutoPIPE) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, AutoCad Plant 3D, Revit) and Microsoft office also.
- Strong knowledge of piping materials, valves, fittings, and fabrication methods.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
