2.3 Job's Goals:
Monitoring and grasping the general production situation of the socks factory.
Manage and control all production orders (ensure %OTP), follow closely the information schedule of all production materials.
Perform other duties assigned by superiors.
3. 3.1 Main Duties:
Understand the manufacturing process of all products, each production step, and order information.
Know how to analyze and assess all factors affecting production and delivery plans to make suitable adjustments.
Understand the status of all packaging materials, loss and waste of materials in the process thereby establishing the correct norms to provide materials in time for production.
Tracking orders and making reasonable production plans according to customer requirements and the actual production situation.
Control the situation and information on raw materials. Make a plan to serve the order.
Report the actual situation of production, raw materials to superiors.
Summarize and follow up shipment details plan.
Closely contact with other positions for support and timely information exchange about work.
Have flexible and effective communication skills.
Perform other duties assigned by superiors.
