Design planning ideas of Master plan of Super Center/ Cash & Carry / Food Service/ Supermarket/ Hyper/ Depot and ancillary works.
Analysis and review of the urban policy.
Coordinate with relevant departments to design the Master plan and other relate to design.
Design functional areas, design internal traffic. Balancing the target area in Hypermarket area.
Design outdoor traffic and connect to general traffic.
Division of auxiliary area: technical area, WC, office, service area, delivery area...
Design follow functional area.
Make and monitor NSO progress schedule.
Coordinate and management with all consultancy design & other departments for all project.
Ensure timely and effective remedial action / modification.
Weekly report to Acting Property Asscociate Director
Yêu cầu
Education: Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.
Experience: 5-7 years in the construction/retail industry, with at least 2 years in a Design Management role within the Retail Building.
Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D & Render Software, Photoshop, MS Project. Deep knowledge of TCVN (Vietnam Standards) regarding PCCC (Firefighting) and retail building codes.
Competencies: Strong strategic thinking, ability to manage task, and verbal English communication skills for reporting.
