Planning and Control Officer

1. Design management/ coordination (40%)
- Coordinate with consultants and control consultant contract's deliverables
- Review/ comment on completeness and quality of design consultant
- Check/ control work and progress of consultant
- Master planning/Basic design/Detail design: follow up and monitoring consultant in design period for controlling quality of design that be ensure to meet with company requirement and relevant standard.
2. Approvals and permits (20%)
- Work with consultants for preparing/ submission and following up of construction dossiers for approvals/ permits
- Work with authorities, attend meetings, clarifications for content of dossier
- Prepare letters for official communication with authorities
- Study regulations for related works
3. Support for Tendering (20%)
- Prepare SoW of construction packages (consultancy and construction)
- Together with CMD, pre-qualification evaluating
- Managing the assessment for technical part of bidders' submission
4. Cost Control (10%) - Support to prepare BoQ for construction package
- Check quantity document from contractors during construction
5. Other works assigned by D&C Manager (10%)
- Work with relevant parties to achieve QTIP's target as assigned.
