Mô tả công việc
• Work on the conceptualization, design, and development of master plans for urban areas, residential communities, commercial districts, and mixed-use developments.
• Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and environmental assessments to inform the planning process and identify constraints and opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to define project goals, requirements, and design objectives.
• Integrate principles of urban design, architecture, landscape architecture, and sustainable development to create cohesive and innovative master plans.
• Develop architectural drawings, renderings, and visualizations to communicate design concepts and proposals effectively.
• Coordinate with engineers, planners, consultants, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with zoning regulations, building codes, and other legal requirements.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning or related field.
• 3+ years of experience.
• Technical skills in basic software such as CAD, Sketch up, Adobe. Rhino and GIS would be an advantage.
• Familiar with international design and construction standards is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team spirit
