Duties * Planning; prepare, review, and adjust planning schemes and drawings; verify compliance with standards and higher-level planning. * Planning legal documentation: prepare and track dossiers for planning appraisal and approval; liaise with state management agencies and consultants. * GIS and mapping: develop and update project maps and planning databases; compile data on current conditions, boundaries, and areas. * Design coordination: collaborate with design consultants, review drawings, ensure consistency between planning and infrastructure design, and address feedback. * Planning and scheduling: prepare, update, and monitor overall and detailed schedules; report delays and propose remedial measures. * Reporting: compile data and present the status of planning and progress during meetings and in departmental periodic reports. * Support other technical tasks of the team as requested by the D&C Manager.
Yêu cầu
Knowledge : * University degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. * Knowledge of standards and regulations regarding construction planning, as well as the planning appraisal and approval processes. * Basic understanding of industrial park technical infrastructure (transportation, water supply/drainage, electricity, etc.) is an advantage. Skills : Ability to: * Use AutoCAD, GIS (ArcGIS/QGIS). * Use MS Office proficiently; familiarity with scheduling software is an advantage. * Develop plans and monitor progress. * Deliver clear presentations and reports. * Intermediate English: able to read technical documents, write emails and communicate with consultants. Qualities : * Flexible, capable of multitasking, and a strong team player. * Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines. * Proactive, responsible, and meticulous with data and drawings.
