Purpose
• Execute daily planning activities to ensure accurate forecast, sufficient supply, and optimal inventory while supporting high service levels.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and update demand forecasts based on Sales & Marketing inputs
• Analyze data and track forecast accuracy
• Coordinate supply plans to ensure timely product availability
• Monitor stock levels and flag shortage / overstock risks
• Support ordering, shipment, and warehouse transfer execution
• Track and manage inventory and SLOB
• Maintain PO, GR, and master data accuracy in SAP
• Prepare planning reports (forecast, supply, inventory)
• Support IBP process with data and coordination
Yêu cầu
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, or related field
Experience
• 1-2 years of experience in supply chain, planning, or logistics
• Experience in FMCG or multinational environment is a plus
Technical / Functional Skills
• Basic knowledge of planning and forecasting
• Good analytical and numerical skills
• Understanding of inventory management principles
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus)
Industry Exposure (Preferred)
• FMCG
• Dairy or food industry
