Planning Executive

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Planning Executive to support our strategy team. In this role, you will dive deep into data, uncover consumer behaviors, and help build the foundation for impactful 360° communication campaigns.
I. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
1. Research & Insight Mining:
Clarify client briefs and understand client objectives from both a communication and business perspective.
Conduct in-depth desk research, social listening, and competitor analysis to gather data on market landscapes, target audiences, and media trends.
Synthesize raw data into readable reports and identify key findings that can be translated into actionable consumer insights.
Mine consumer insights and translate them into relevant strategic approaches and communication opportunities, with guidance from the Line Manager.
2. Planning & Proposal Support:
Support the development of strategic directions and communication approaches based on client objectives, research findings, and consumer insights.
Assist Planning Manager in brainstorming sessions to develop creative concepts and integrated communication tactics (PR, Social, Digital).
Support the structuring, writing, and visual design of proposal decks to ensure they are compelling and logically presented.
Draft basic creative briefs for the Content and Design teams based on the approved strategic direction.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration & Execution Tracking:
Work closely with Account, Content, and Creative teams to ensure the smooth transition from planning to execution.
Monitor ongoing campaigns, gather performance data, and assist in preparing weekly/monthly evaluation reports to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Stay updated on the latest digital, PR, and social media trends to share with the internal team.
II. REQUIREMENTS
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in communications, strategic planning, account management, or integrated marketing within an agency environment. (Highly capable fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply).
Research Skills: Strong analytical and research capabilities. Familiarity with social listening tools or data analysis platforms is a big plus.
Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of multi-channel ecosystems, specifically PR, Social Media, and Digital platforms.
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS PowerPoint or Keynote with a good eye for layout and deck visualization.
Mindset: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. A strong team player who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced agency environment.
Language: Fluent in Vietnamese and good proficiency in English (especially reading and writing).
