Mô tả công việc

Assist manager follow up planning and factory production workflow to ensure factory is operating according to established sequences and lead times
Draws up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to sale forecasts for customer orders.
Analyzes production specifications and plant capacity data and performs mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and human resource requirements.
Plans sequence of fabrication, assembly, installation, and other manufacturing operations for guidance of production workers.
Confers with department supervisors to determine status of assigned projects.
Expedites operations that delays schedules and alter schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
Prepare production reports, customer's delivery performance reports.
Prepare lists of required material, tools, and equipment
Coordinating with different Departments when necessary to ensure the functioning of the Back Office
Performing a variety of administrative tasks and support for the Manager.
Cooperate with Merchandising Dep't & Production Department to make the plan for each PO.
Collect all information from other Dept. when manager need it

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor degree in textile, garment or planning production.
Having 2 - 3 years experience with the same position, knowledge working at factory, planning garments production
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
Goodat Englishskills: writing, speaking.
Ability to perform well under pressure and stress
Pleasant, honest, hardworking and flexible personality;
