Mô tả công việc
- Assist manager follow up planning and factory production workflow to ensure factory is operating according to established sequences and lead times
- Draws up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to sale forecasts for customer orders.
- Analyzes production specifications and plant capacity data and performs mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and human resource requirements.
- Plans sequence of fabrication, assembly, installation, and other manufacturing operations for guidance of production workers.
- Confers with department supervisors to determine status of assigned projects.
- Expedites operations that delays schedules and alter schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
- Prepare production reports, customer's delivery performance reports.
- Prepare lists of required material, tools, and equipment
- Coordinating with different Departments when necessary to ensure the functioning of the Back Office
- Performing a variety of administrative tasks and support for the Manager.
- Cooperate with Merchandising Dep't & Production Department to make the plan for each PO.
- Collect all information from other Dept. when manager need it
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor degree in textile, garment or planning production.
- Having 2 - 3 years experience with the same position, knowledge working at factory, planning garments production
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
- Goodat Englishskills: writing, speaking.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and stress
- Pleasant, honest, hardworking and flexible personality;
