Mô tả công việc
* GENERAL JOB FUNCTION:
- Sample Orders
- Wood origin documents for Oursourcing orders
- Order/Arrange Shipping Marks & OIL (coating on wood) for Oursourcing orders
- Carry out other tasks assigned by Supervisor or Manager
* RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & AUTHORITIES:
* Main responsibility:
- Follow up Sample orders plan at Oursourcing Manufacturer and book transportation for sample
- Verify and follow up CMs' wood documents for every delivery to Scancom Vietnam
- Order/Arrange Shipping Marks & OIL (coating on wood) for Oursourcing orders
- Carry out other tasks assigned by Supervisor or Manager
* WORKING RELATIONSHIP:
1. Internal:
- All Departments in ScanCom Vietnam
2. External:
- ScanCom Suppliers/Manufacturers
3. Reporting:
3.1 Superior: Supervisor/Manager
3.2 Subordinate: None
- Carry out other tasks assigned by Supervisor or Manager
- Monthly reports /payment requests
* WORKING CONDITION:
- Working place: ScanCom Viet Nam Binh Duong Office (Lot 10, Street 8, Song Than IZ, Di An, HCMC, Vietnam)
- Working time: Full time
Yêu cầu
* EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:
* Must requirement:
- College/Bachelor Degree major in Foreign Trade, Economic, Industrial Management, International Business, Business Administration or similar fields
- At least 2 years working experience in wooden outdoor furniture company, knowledge about Production Planning, Import export
- Ability to communicate professional with people at all levels inside and outside the company.
- Demonstrated organizational skills
* Important requirement:
- Computer: Good in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- English skill: Reading and understanding English documents, and being able to express themselves clearly vocally in English
- Strong analytics and work in details, good mathematics
- Integrity, proactive, high responsibility and quick response and adapt
- Systematically approach thinking
- Good communication, Problems & Solving, Teamwork, Time management
