PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF ROLE
You will act as the strategic architect for Event & Activation campaigns, bridging creative ideas with practical execution. You take ownership of developing proposal decks and presenting them to clients to drive business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze briefs, market trends, and consumer insights to support strategic direction.
Actively contribute creative ideas for Event Concepts, Engagement Activities, and Customer Journeys.
Draft and visualize high-quality PowerPoint slides with logical flow and aesthetic layouts.
Write detailed activity flows, agendas, scripts (MC/Video), and catchy headlines/taglines.
Work with the Design Team to visualize concepts (Moodboard/Key Visual) and support Senior Planners during pitches.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 1 - 2 years of experience as a Strategic Planner/Content Planner in Marketing Agencies (Strong preference for Event & Activation background).
Mastery of Microsoft PowerPoint: Excellent visual thinking, layout arrangement.
Strong Copywriting & Storytelling capabilities.
Good blend of independent working and teamwork.
Ability to handle high pressure and tight deadlines during pitching seasons.
Good command of English is a big plus.
