Responsible for the Supply Chain integration, by managing the production planning and shipping/receiving
Create and manage production and material plans based on customer forecasts and orders.
Monitor customer demand, inventory levels, and production progress to ensure timely production and delivery.
Proactively identify risks, analyze root causes, and propose solutions.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure production plans are achieved.
Monitor KPIs and provide guidance for employee development.
Ensure that all processes, Work Instructions (WIs), and data are maintained in compliance with requirements.
What makes you great
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or other related course
4-5 years' work experience in Production Planning or Raw Material
Experience in supervising a team
Work experience in plastic packaging is an advantage
Good English language skills (oral and written)
Good interpersonal and intrapersonal communication skills to relate well with customers and those involved in operations
Good reporting and presenting skills
Good organizational and time management skills
Good leadership, decision making and analytical skills

Salary: Negotiation
Working day: Monday to Friday
Transportation: Company bus
