Key Responsibilities:
1. Planning:
- Create and plan the milestones & activities schedules of several vessels.
- Calculate man-hour estimates with Department Managers for new projects.
- Update KPIs for each production department.
- Update production progress and performance.
2. Coordinators and Managers Support:
- Assist Production Coordinators & Department Managers in monitoring and catching up of the main production schedule.
- Support Vessel Production Coordinators in weekly production meetings.
- Provide advice to Department Managers on planning and manning issues.
Qualifications:
·Education:Bachelor's degree within Naval Architecture.
·Skills & Competencies:
o Strong planning skills, including experience with PERT systems, milestone management, and margin analysis.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
