***MỤC TIÊU CÔNG VIỆC/JOB PURPOSE
- Quản lý toàn diện hoạt động kỹ thuật tại nhà xưởng, bao gồm máy móc sản xuất (Production), hệ thống hạ tầng (Facility) và tiện ích (Utility).
- Đảm bảo hệ thống vận hành ổn định, tối ưu hóa hiệu suất và dẫn dắt đội ngũ kỹ thuật phát triển theo định hướng chiến lược của công ty.
- Oversee all technical operations within the factory, including production machinery, facility infrastructure, and utilities. - Ensure stable system operation, optimize performance, and lead the technical team to grow in line with the company's strategic direction.
***NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.
Quản lý vận hành kỹ thuật/Engineering Operations Management
- Quản lý, giám sát hoạt động kỹ thuật trong xưởng sản xuất/ Manage and supervise engineering activities in production workshops
- Đảm bảo máy móc thiết bị hoạt động ổn định, hiệu quả/ Ensure stable and efficient machine operation
- Lập kế hoạch bảo trì, bảo dưỡng định kỳ (PM/CM)/ Develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans
- Giải quyết sự cố kỹ thuật và cải tiến liên tục/ Troubleshoot technical issues and drive continuous improvement
- Cải tiến tự động hóa dây chuyền, máy móc, băng tải tự động/robot,AI. / Improvement of production line, machine, automation conveyor, BMS, Robot, AI.
2. Quản lý đội ngũ/Team Management
- Quản lý, phân công và đánh giá hiệu suất đội ngũ kỹ thuật/ Manage, assign tasks, and evaluate engineering team performance
- Xây dựng đội ngũ kế thừa/ Build succession planning for key positions
- Đào tạo, huấn luyện và phát triển nhân sự/ Training, coaching, and development team members
3.
Quản lý dự án & cải tiến/Project & Improvement Management
- Tham gia và dẫn dắt các dự án cải tiến, tự động hóa/ Lead and participate in improvement and automation projects
- Phối hợp với các nhà máy khác trong các dự án liên vùng/ Collaborate with other factories on cross-site projects
-Triển khai các giải pháp SCADA/BMS/IoT/AI/Smart Factory/
Implement SCADA/BMS/IoT/AI/Smart Factory initiatives
4. Chiến lược & phát triển/Strategy & Development
- Xây dựng chiến lược phát triển kỹ thuật dài hạn/ Develop long-term engineering strategies
- Định hướng công nghệ và cải tiến hệ thống tự động hóa/robot/BMS/AI/ Drive technology roadmap and automation system improvements (Robot/SCADA/BMS/AI)
- Đảm bảo tính đổi mới và sáng tạo trong vận hành/ Ensure innovation and continuous development
1. Trình độ/Education:
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành: Cơ điện tử, Tự động hóa, Điện công nghiệp hoặc tương đương/ Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Automation, Industrial
Electrical Engineering, or related fields
2. Kinh nghiệm/Experience
- Có 2-3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương/2-3 years of experience in similar positions
- Có kinh nghiệm và kiến thức chuyên ngành tự động hóa, công nghệ số AI/Robot/BMS/SCADA/Experience in automation major/Robot/AI/BMS/SCADA
- Có khả năng đọc hiểu bản vẽ tài liệu tiếng anh, giao tiếp tiếng anh/Able to read the manual of machine/ diagram /drawing /layout by English and English communication skill
- Có kinh nghiệm quản lý đội nhóm kỹ thuật và quản lý hệ thống bảo trì nhà máy qua ứng dụng CMMS/ERP/ Experience in managing engineering teams, system management by CMMS/ERP application for Maintenance and Facility
