Plant Security Supervisor

Overview:
The role's main purpose is the protection of PepsiCo's people, assets, and objectives at the new Vietnam Greenfield Project. This is carried out by ensuring that PepsiCo policies and protocols are implemented and enforced, and that any applicable local laws and regulations are also followed to ensure that a secure working environment is achieved. The role will also support engagement with external stakeholders and security personnel to ensure the a holistic approach to the projects security.
Main responsibilities:
The Security Supervisor, who is primarily based at the site, will be responsible for, but not limited to the following key focus areas;
1. Implement standardized security governance, compliance & monitoring program at the site.
2. Creating a culture of security awareness through a program of communications, along with targeted training.
3. Development of the physical security controls at the site and perimeter protection.
4. Development and implementation of the technical security controls (CCTV, ACS etc).
5. Development and implementation of the visitor management system.
6. Management of the contracted guard force.
7. Develop and support business continuity and crisis management planning and response.
8. Support project management with any investigations as required.
9. Develop and maintain working relationships with national and local security, emergency response, law enforcement, and regulatory authorities as well as with security leads of other large multinational companies.
10. Analyze security threats and risks inherent in undertaking new project and offer risk-based mitigation measures.
11. Deliver a project-aligned CAPEX security business plan that ensures effective security spend.
12. Support with expat/visit journey management planning
13. Support with executive protection as required.
14. Conduct accommodation security assessments for visitors/VIP's
