The Platform Operations Senior Executive will be responsible for working with our partners (web-owners, app-owners) on a day-to-day basis to maximize their advertisement revenue. You will have a unique opportunity to possess full visibility across both supply and demand channels to maximize advertising monetization. The primary focus of this role is to team up with the Publisher Engagement team to develop the implementation of AnyMind's programmatic selling strategy with the ultimate goal of significantly growing revenue in this space.
What You'll Do
Focus on maximizing publishers' revenue and technology adoption.
Deliver analysis and recommendations to maximize publishers' revenue
Yield optimization with multiple demands, SSP, DSP, ad servers, exchanges, Private Marketplace (PMP),...
Apply quantitative techniques to drive yield optimization, improve operational efficiencies and explore new revenue opportunities for publishers
Work closely with the Publisher Engagement team and Product team to provide customized consultations for publishers in each market.
Apply new technologies and solutions to help publishers further grow their business and improve their inventory quality.
Keep up to date with industry research figures and new technology knowledge.
Communicate with multiple teams to bring out the best in efficiency and operational processes
Work closely with up-to-date platforms/technologies of the programmatic advertising industry
Who You Are
Digital advertising knowledge of display advertising and the programmatic ecosystem is required
Experience in Google Ad Manager is preferred
Experience in the AdTech industry is a plus, especially in the publisher world like websites, apps, games,...

Good command of English and excellent interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with outstanding communication
An open mind with a strong willingness to learn
Knowledge of multiple front-end languages (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, [protected info]) is a big plus but not required
Experience with tools like Automa or n8n is a nice extra, but not required.
