- Execute tasks assigned by the MEP Director/Manager/Team Leader within the required timeframe.
- Prepare concept, basic, and detailed design drawings in AutoCAD MEP and Revit MEP, ensuring compliance with local codes and international standards.
- Conduct necessary design calculations and analysis, select appropriate equipment sizes, and create schematic diagrams.
- Collaborate with project architects, other engineering disciplines, sub-consultants, and clients.
- Undertake site visits and quality assurance checks on drawings and calculations.
- Assist in producing design specifications, reports, and finalizing design calculations.
- Review shop drawings and material submissions.
- Follow company design procedures and standards.
- Liaise with contractors and perform site inspections.
- Propose technical innovations to improve design.
- Assist in preparing equipment/material quantity take-off and cost estimates.
- Prepare technical schedules for equipment and materials.
Yêu cầu
- Degree in Water supply and drainage (relevant practice license is a plus).
- 3-5 years of post-graduate experience.
- Advanced knowledge of MEP design software (AutoCAD, Revit) and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, Access).
- Experience in an engineering consulting environment, focusing on design.
- Intermediate time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage billable hours efficiently and accurately.
- Experience in design teams and author's supervision duties.
- Site inspection or supervision experience on building construction projects.
- Knowledge of International Building Codes and Design Standards, including LEED.
- Proficient in English.
