Lead production & material planning, inventory control
Create and maintain production schedules
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (procurement, production, warehouse)
Analyze production data to improve efficiency & workflow
Ensure compliance with safety and company standards
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
5+ years experience in production planning & material management
Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (scheduling & inventory)
Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
Fluent in English (Vietnamese is a plus)
Experience in manufacturing (sheet metal, injection molding, assembly) preferred
Familiarity with Industry 4.0 = advantage

There is transportation available for employees within and outside Hai Phong city.

Working schedule: 22 days/month.
